"With Our Faith We Build Our Community"

Welcome to Landfield Avenue Synagogue

EXPLORE OUR COMMUNITY EFFORTS:

Welcome to Landfield Avenue Synagogue

Welcome to LAS, a diverse Orthodox congregation where we cherish individual practices and observances. Our community is rich with varied Jewish backgrounds and customs, united by a common heritage and core beliefs. Inclusivity and support are at the heart of our values.

As President, I work closely with the Board and Rabbinical Leaders, representing your wishes and desires. Your input is crucial to our growth and inclusivity. We strive to make LAS your home for all things Jewish—a comfortable and inviting refuge for your spiritual journey.

Over the past 20 years, our congregation has experienced surprises and challenges, but with new leadership since September 2022, we are inspired and motivated to grow. Our Board of Directors plays a vital role in ensuring stability and progress, and their dedication is invaluable.

At LAS, there's something for everyone. We foster a safe, welcoming, and sacred environment for all. From our youngest to our most senior members, we are a community of lifelong learners who support each other in both joyful and challenging times.

Join us for Shabbat morning services and unique Torah discussions. Explore our family-oriented programs and services, savor delicious Jewish foods at various events, and participate in adult education programs. Whether you're a longtime member or new to our community, we encourage you to get involved and embrace all that LAS has to offer.
